These Terms of Service govern your use of WaitingListOpen, operated by EA Services Group LLC ("Company"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
WaitingListOpen provides a waitlist management platform for restaurants and hospitality venues, including SMS and voice notifications to guests.
2. Restaurant Accounts
You must provide accurate business information when registering.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. SMS & Voice Notifications
You agree to only send notifications to customers who have voluntarily provided their phone number at your establishment.
You must not use our platform for marketing, spam, or unsolicited messages.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
4. Pricing & Billing
Starter plan: $27.99/month — up to 1,000 notifications
Growth plan: $35.99/month — up to 2,500 notifications
Pro plan: $65.99/month — up to 5,000 notifications
Exceeding notification limits may result in service interruption until the next billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
EA Services Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WaitingListOpen.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
